In her first New England appearance, author Xanna Vinson will speak about her work of visionary fiction, THE SONG OF AN EMERALD DOVE. SALEM, Mass. (PRWEB) September 30, 2005 -- Xanna Vinson will talk about her work of visionary Wiccan fiction, THE SONG OF AN EMERALD DOVE. She will also discuss concepts of a sentient Earth and the perceived calling to listen to Her messages. "In the light of recent catastrophic earth events such as Hurricane Rita, Hurricane Katrina, and the tsunami, Vinson's work becomes most relevant and topical," said Harvest Shadows editor Julia Wagner. "When you consider that this book was in the works for years before these events, it seems even more amazing." Accompanying Xanna will be Morven Westfield, author of DARKSOME THIRST. Both will be available to sign copies of their novels. Light refreshments will be served and a door prize awarded. The event will be held at Nu Aeon 88 Wharf Street Pickering Wharf Salem, MA 01970 1-978-744-0202 www.wlpssp.com Sunday, October 9, 2005 1-3 pm.
